Every trip requires mandatory verification of a 4-Digit Security OTP provided to the customer before the driver starts the journey.
Road Mitra charges an industry-low 2% to 5% commission on completed rides. Driver partners receive 100% of voluntary customer tips and automated weekly direct bank payouts every Monday.
Customers may cancel ride requests before driver arrival with zero cancellation fee. If payment was made via UPI/Online QR and the booking was unassigned or cancelled, refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 2 to 4 business hours.
Both passengers and driver partners have direct access to 24x7 emergency calling to Police (112) and Ambulance (108) directly within the mobile application.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
